What is ADHD Coaching?



Coaching is a personalised, dynamic, supportive relationship that focuses on topics important to you. A coach is a professional person who provides alternative perspectives to enable you to achieve your personal goals through identifying your strengths, connecting you to your motivation and utilizing your skills overcome obstacles. ADHD coaching is a specialisation that recognises that ADHD brings its own challenges and takes these into account.

Topics may include, but are not limited to, productivity in your personal or professional life, skills related to organization, time management, planning, prioritizing, goal setting, task initiation and completion, study skills, social/relationship challenges, emotional regulation, self-esteem, reducing stress, anxiety, impulsivity, and risk-taking behaviour.

ADHD Coaches support growth in a positive direction by identifying the current reality and the future goals and then focusing on the “HOW” to get to the point of achievement by assisting you to create an actionable and adaptable plan to get there. A trained coach will partner with you to enable you to maximise your potential and manage the impact of ADHD on your daily life.

Coaching and therapy are not mutually exclusive and can dovetail to provide optimal support.


Professional ADHD coaching will assist you to shift your perception of ADHD by developing new skills and leveraging your problem-solving abilities. Coaching is about moving you forward in the direction you wish to go.

Kindly note that as of 1 July we will be increasing our fees by 10% so we can continue to provide a convenient, high-quality service while accommodating the increases in cost that we are incurring. This will not impact services already bought prior to that date. The cost for an individual session will be $137.
